I'm Sarah, a Bachelor of Nutrition graduate, Public Health Nutritionist, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Exponential Health Coach dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through nutrition and holistic healing practices.

With a deep passion for improving health and vitality, I’ve spent years refining evidence-based strategies to support lasting lifestyle changes and empowering my clients to live their healthiest lives.

My expertise spans various nutrition disciplines, from promoting sustainable weight loss to fostering overall well-being through tailored nutrition programs. I am particularly passionate about developing public health programs that make a real difference in people’s lives, including the Heart Smart: Eat Well, Live Well program to manage hypertension, Embracing the MIND Diet for enhancing cognitive function, and the Healthy Mums (Moms) & Bubs program designed to boost the health and well-being of breastfeeding mothers.
